Sept 13, 2019: 成立已有15年的百乐园（PARAMON，1724，主板产业股），截至今年次季的产业未入账销售达到9亿7800万令吉的创纪录新高，放眼在5年内能达到18亿令吉。

总执行长周胜忠今日向记者表示，由于公司规模较小，百乐园不会过度追求高增长率，反而是放眼较为适中的增速，期望在5年内能销售18亿令吉。

“我们5年前的未入账销售仅有3亿至4亿令吉，而现今的2019年的未入账销售近10亿令吉。”

百乐园目前拥有563英亩的地库，大部分坐落在雪兰莪、双溪大年和峇都加湾，发展总值达77亿令吉。

他今日是在股东特别大会后向媒体发表谈话。

准售教育资产

今日特大上，股东批准百乐园以5亿4050万令吉现金，脱售百乐园教育私人有限公司（PESB）69.7%、百乐园教育（巴生）私人有限公司（PEKSB）的80%持股，及Sri KDU私人有限公司80%。

当中包括Sri KDU、R.E.A.L 教育集团私人有限公司和剑桥英语中心的。买家为Prestigion教育私人有限公司。脱手按还需获得教育部批准，料在3个月内完成。

脱售所得中，1亿7700万令吉将用以派特别股息、1亿5000万令吉购地、1亿3360万令吉还债，以及5700万令吉作为营运资本。

在脱售完成后，百乐园在高等教育学前资产中，还持有20%的股权。

他说，借助在越南已有市场的Prestigion教育，能将百乐园高等教育学前品牌带出大马。同时，这些教育机构的银行利息每年达1700万令吉，减持后也可省下借贷成本。

百乐园在2018年的负债率为0.84倍，脱售上述资产后能降低至0.53倍。

Sept 4, 2019:（双溪大年讯）百乐园产业（北马）有限公司配合国庆日，在“菩提岭”（BUKIT BANYAN）举办“2019年泡泡跑步”，吸引1200民众参加，泡泡跑最年老参加者是71岁，“泡泡跑步”令参与者乐趣无穷，度过愉快的一个早上。

该公司首席执行员黄汉平表示，该公司用心良苦举办泡泡跑步，旨在增加参与者的乐趣盎然，看到他们欢乐享受在跑步之中，又能锻炼健康的体魄，心情舒畅极了。

也是该公司董事的他说，该公司鼓励健康运动，也曾在今年6月30日赞助骑槟城第二桥主办“骑脚车横跨槟城大桥及苏丹阿都哈林大桥（槟第二桥）活动，当时吸引近4000人参与。

该公司高级销售经理张文辉表示，该公司所推出的最后一期单层排屋，“CITRA ELITE 3”只有185个单位，欲购从速，以免向隅。他说，该单层排屋示范屋已经建好，欢迎民众前来参观，如合心意的话，可以即刻定购，否则很快会被抢购一空，整个菩提岭共有400个单层排屋，目前215间已经售完。

百乐园北马产业在吉打州双溪大年“菩提岭城镇“综合房屋发展计划，占地520英亩发展总值高达10亿令吉，预料将兴建超过5000间各款房屋及店屋。

至于峇都加湾UTROPOLIS大学城综合性产业计划，占地44.30英亩，包括建设伯乐大专学院(KDU Penang University College ) ，全新风格的旗艦校园，商业单位及服务式公寓，预料在2024年全面竣工。
