1. Duration
   1. This Contest begins at 11.00am on 29 April 2019 and ends at 11.59pm on 19 May 2019 (“Contest Period”).
   2. The Organiser may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period at any time without any prior notice to any party (“the Extended Period”). Unless an Extended Period is announced, any entries received after the end of the Contest Period (due to any reason howsoever and/or whatsoever arising) shall be disqualified. Any participation in the Contest during the Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) which shall remain in full force and effect.
2. Eligibility
   1. The Contest is open to Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above as of 29 April 2019 . Employees and immediate families of The Organiser, its related companies and agencies and appointed distributors are not eligible to participate in this Contest. Participants under the age of 18 years old as at 29 April 2019 must obtain consent of parents or legal guardians and by participating in this Contest, it is deemed that consent has been obtained.
3. Contest Mechanics
   1. How to participate:
      1. Like this post & our Facebook page (ParamountPropertyMalaysia) and follow our Instagram profile (paramountpropertymy).
      2. Record a video (30 seconds max.) of you asking your parents “Do you love me?” and their response to the question.
      3. Post the video on your Instagram profile with the hashtag #DoyoulovemePAMA in your entry.
      4. Make sure your Instagram profile is set to ‘Public’.
      5. Challenge your friend by tagging them in your caption and mentioning them to record a video.
      6. The creatives submitted must comply with the requirements below:
      7. Participant must be the owner of these creatives or be legally authorised by the owner to submit creatives on his or her behalf.
      8. Creatives submitted must not contain the following:
      • Nudity.
      • Advertising for other products, services, or websites.
      • Copyrighted or trademarked material belonging to a third party.
      • Creatives must also meet minimum visual quality standards.
      • Visible miring, dithering, graininess, blurriness, overexposure, compression artefacts, or other degradations to image clarity may be cause for rejection at The Organiser’s discretion.
      9. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any creatives and captions failing to meet the requirement above. Determination of what constitutes as obscenity, nudity, or advertising is at The Organiser’s sole discretion.
      10. The Organiser reserves the right to reject any creatives and/or captions submitted which are suspected to contain material that violates the rights of any third party, another person, or entity’s copyright or trademark.
      11. By uploading the creative and caption for the purposes of this Contest, the participant certifies and acknowledges that the participant is the owner of the creative and the caption, or has the rights (i.e permission) to permit The Organiser to use, edit, publish, and otherwise exploit it without obligation.
4. Contest Prizes
   1. Contest Winners will be announced on 27 May 2019.
   2. Three (3) lucky winners will be selected by The Organiser and will be contacted after the winner announcement has been made.
   3. The Grand Prize winner will receive One (1) Dinner Meal Voucher for 4 pax from the award-winning restaurant Dewakan worth RM1,200.
   4. The First Runner-Up winner will receive One (1) Dinner Meal Voucher from Tamarind Springs worth RM600.
   5. The Second Runner-Up winner will receive One (1) Dinner Meal Voucher for 4 pax from The Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur worth up to RM 280.
   6. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with items of equivalent value without prior notice.
   7. Prizes that are not claimed within 28 May 2019 – 14 June 2019 shall be forfeited. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason. Contest winners are solely responsible for the collection of their prize(s). Details of prize collection are as per below:
      1. Contest winner(s) are required to collect their prize(s) at Colabs @ Sekitar 26, Shah Alam from Monday – Friday only (10.00AM – 1.00PM & 2.00PM – 6.00PM).
      2. Contest winner(s) must present their NRIC with the same full name as provided on the details shared on Facebook private message.
      3. Contest winner(s) shall bear all costs of calls and transportation to claim their respective prize(s).
   8. All contest winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the parties arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.
   9. The Organiser makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prizes and shall not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom.
   10. In the event a contest winner chooses not to accept a prize, they will disclaim all rights, interests, and claims to that prize and the prize will be dealt with according to the sole and absolute discretion of The Organiser.
   11. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the contest winner, and The Organiser excludes all liabilities, representation, and warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. Contest winners shall comply with the terms and conditions of each prize.
   12. All brands, names, and trademarks associated with or used to describe the prizes are owned by their respective owners. The Organiser is not related to, connected to, or associated with these parties in any way.
   13. Images of the prizes used on the promotional materials are for illustration purposes only and do not necessarily reflect the actual prizes.
5. Judging / Winning Criteria
   1. In order to win the Contest, participants are required to comply with Clause 3 (Contest Mechanics).
   2. The Organiser chooses the winners based on the following criteria:
      1. Originality of the creative.
      2. Creativity of the creative.
   3. The Contest’s winning mechanics will be determined by The Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to amend and change the Contest’s winning mechanics at their sole discretion without having to assign any reason whatsoever.
   4. All of The Organiser’s decisions in connection with this Contest shall be final, conclusive, and binding and the participants agree to abide by The Organiser’s decision with respect to all aspects in connection with this Contest. By participating in this Contest, the participants agree not to challenge and/or object to any decisions made by The Organiser in connection with the Contest.
6. Notifications of Contest Winner(s) and Prize Collection
   1. The Organiser will notify contest winner(s) on Paramount Property Malaysia’s Facebook page (@ParamountPropertyMalaysia). Contest winner(s) will be contacted by Paramount Property Malaysia’s Facebook page (@ParamountPropertyMalaysia) for prize collection details. If any of the contest winner(s) fail to respond to The Organiser within 28 May – 14 June 2019, The Organiser reserves the right to forfeit the prizes or assign the prizes to another contest participant.
   2. The Organiser, its partners, and its sponsor(s) (if any) will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of the notification to the contest winner(s).
7. Liability & Responsibilities
   1. All transportation, internet charges, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees, and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
   2. All transportation, SMS, postage/courier, personal costs and/or any other costs, fees, and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Contest and to redeem the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s), and must abide by the terms and conditions of the party(ies) arranging and/or for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.
   3. Participants shall assume full liability in the case of any mishap, injury, damage, claim, or accidents arising from their participation in the contests and/or redemption of the prizes.
