百乐园下半年 推介7.8亿发展计划

(吉隆坡7月10日讯)百乐园(PARAMON,1724,主要板房产)计划在下半年推行4项新发展计划,预计发展总值(GDV)为7亿8300万令吉。

百乐园总执行长周胜忠透露,基于房产市场处于疲软状态,因此所有的发展计划才推迟至下半年才推介。

他在特别股东大会后向媒体指出,巴生的百家利新镇(Berkeley Uptown)发展总值料为3亿令吉,而哥文宁“我的雪兰莪房屋”(Rumah Selangorku)及赛城的Sejati Lakeside发展总值分别为1亿1300万令吉及1亿3000万令吉。

他还指出,百乐园集团将会在槟城推行Utropolis峇都加湾(Utropolis Batu Kawan)项目的第三期,预计发展总值为2亿4000万令吉。

周胜忠指出,该集团未发展的地段大约有580英亩,主要在巴生谷,而这些地段的预计发展总值高达75亿令吉,足以让集团忙碌至少7至8年。

询及该集团是否有信心可以达成10亿令吉的销售目标时,周胜忠表示有信心可达标,并预期随着新发展计划陆续推介,2019财年表现将改善。
