    Responsibilities
    • To promote company’s properties and services and work towards achieving the sales target as well as high level of customer satisfaction.
    • To expand database of potential buyers and to increase sales from existing buyers.
    • Close follow up with sales leads generated from sales prospecting activities with the objective to close sales.
    • Prepare monthly and weekly reports, timely update for sales charts, site plans and other records for project assigned.
    • Conduct market survey report on customer's needs, property market trends and competitor's offerings for future product improvements and development.
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating sales launches, exhibitions, promotional activities, road shows and events.
    • Handle customer’s inquires and complaints review and analyse customer reactions and feedback on products, promotions and services.
    Requirements
    • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Property Development, Business Studies or equivalent.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in selling different types of property, eg. residential (landed & highrise) & commercial.
    • Pleasant personality and result driven.
    • Willing to travel and to be based at different sales offices (current vacancy is to be based at Seksyen 26, Shah Alam or Ampang Hilir).
    • Able to work independently.  
    • Willing to work on weekends.
