Giving the Gift of Life: Bukit Banyan Blood Donation Drive Yields 42 Pints for Regional Healthcare
SUNGAI PETANI, 26 July 2026 — Paramount Property Gallery @ Bukit Banyan opened its doors to the local community for a vital Blood Donation Campaign held from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Organised in close partnership with regional healthcare providers, the initiative reflected Paramount Property’s commitment as The People’s Developer to building communities that are not only places to live, but also places where people can come together to support one another and thrive, uplifting social well-being and supporting critical healthcare needs across Kedah and Penang.

Through initiatives that promote healthier lifestyles, strengthen community participation and contribute to the well-being of the communities it serves, Paramount Property strives to create meaningful and lasting impact beyond the homes and developments it builds.
The humanitarian effort saw an enthusiastic response from township residents and nearby communities. A total of 46 donors registered for the drive, resulting in 42 successful blood collections and achieving an impressive 91.30% collection success rate. Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim (HSAH), the main government medical facility in Sungai Petani, successfully collected 25 pints, while Penang Adventist Hospital collected 17 pints, helping to replenish blood supplies and support critical healthcare needs across Kedah and Penang. Beyond contributing to a life-saving cause, visitors were invited to tour the latest designer show homes across Bukit Banyan. To commemorate the day of giving, Paramount Property extended an exclusive event-day rebate of RM3,000 for prospective purchasers who booked a home during the event. The initiative successfully brought together community engagement, wellness and homeownership, creating a meaningful day for the growing township while reinforcing Paramount Property’s commitment to uplifting the communities in which it operates.
