Feb 8, 2019: PREMIUM tile retailer Feruni Ceramiche is teaming up with five developers to provide property buyers with added value and exclusive benefits.
The developers are Thriven Global Bhd, Uda Holdings Bhd, Titijaya Land Bhd, Paramount Property Development Sdn Bhd and Mediaraya Sdn Bhd.
Present at the signing ceremony were Feruni Ceramiche managing director Datuk C.C. Ngei, together with Thriven group managing director Ghazie Yeoh, Titijaya executive director Charmaine Lim, Paramount general manager of sales and marketing Chan Jy Mei and Mediaraya managing director Stanley Cheah.
“We noticed that there is a gap between property developers and buyers, where many buyers are not satisfied with the tiles installed in their properties.
“Many choose to have the existing tiles dismantled and reinstall new ones, which is a waste of money and time.
“Through this collaboration, property developers have access to our network of customers and vice-versa, where we can provide the developers with our tiles based on buyers’ preference,” said Ngei.
He added that the collaboration is also a means of showing appreciation to the property developers that have chosen Feruni as their preferred tile supplier in their projects for many years.
“Feruni has 12 retail stores with showrooms across Malaysia.
“We will lend this platform to the developers to promote their properties, which in turn helps save their advertising costs,” Feruni Ceramiche chief commercial officer Roger Ong said.
All customers will be eligible for rebates, vouchers or other additional benefits when they purchase a property from the panel of developers through the collaboration.
“Feruni will be giving out cash vouchers worth RM300 each to all customers who purchase a property from any of these developers through our platform.
“In addition, the first five buyers of each property can get an additional RM1,200 off from the property’s price,” Ong added.
Properties which come with the benefits when purchased through the collaboration are Thriven’s Lumi Tropicana, Uda’s Anggun Residences, Titijaya’s Mizu Residences, Mediaraya’s The Grand Subang Jaya SS15 and Paramount’s Atwater Serviced Apartments.
