Terms & Conditions

1.1 The “Traverse With Paramount” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organised by Paramount Group of companies (hereinafter referred to as “Paramount”).

1.2 The Campaign is for selected projects developed by and under Paramount (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Participating Projects”) as follows:

1.3 Affordable housing schemes (Rumah Mampu Milik / Rumah Idaman / Rumah Makmur Kedah) units under the Participating Projects shall be excluded and not eligible under this Campaign.

1.4 The Campaign shall commence on 1 July 2025 and expire on 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive) [hereinafter referred to as “Campaign Period”] unless notified otherwise by Paramount. Paramount reserves the right at any time to change the Campaign Period.

2.1 Type of Rewards
The rewards offered to the purchasers for this Campaign shall consist of Asia Miles (hereinafter referred to as “Asia Miles”) and/or Traverse Gateway Lucky Draw (hereinafter referred to as the “Lucky Draw Prize”).
(Asia Miles and the Lucky Draw Prize are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Rewards”)

2.3 The Rewards shall not be transferable or exchangeable for cash nor refundable for any whatsoever reason.

2.4 The Rewards may contain and be subject to its own specific terms and conditions. Such terms and conditions shall be applicable in addition to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.

2.5 The Rewards shall only be presented to the Eligible Participant subject to the loan by the purchaser’s financier has been disbursed or receipt of amount equivalent to 20% of the purchase price as stated in the SPA by the developer/vendor, whichever is earlier.

2.6 All Rewards, value and information herein stated are correct at the time of printing and announcement of the Terms and Conditions herein. All images and/or representations of the Rewards shown in any marketing and advertisement collateral are for visual presentation purposes only.

2.7 Paramount expressly exclude and disclaim any representation, warranty or endorsement, implied or express, written or oral, of all Rewards offered under this Campaign, including but not limited to any warranty of health and safety. All Rewards are accepted, used and/or taken entirely at the sole risk of the Eligible Participant at all times and the Eligible Participant shall assume full liability for any risk, loss, damage and/or injury associated with the utilization of the Rewards.

3.1 Paramount reserves the right to disqualify any Eligible Participant who cancels or terminates the SPA and/or fails to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign.

3.2 In the event cancellation or termination of the SPA occurs after the delivery of the Rewards to the respective Eligible Participant, Paramount, shall be entitled to deduct a sum equivalent to the value of the respective Rewards (hereinafter referred to as “Deductible Sum”) determined by Paramount from any amount that may be required to be refunded by the developer/vendor to the purchaser (if any) under the SPA, (hereinafter referred to as “Refund Sum”). In the event the Deductible Sum is higher/more than the Refund Sum (“Shortfall”) the said Shortfall shall be payable by the purchaser to Paramount, the terms and conditions of which shall be set out in the written notice by Paramount.

3.3 Employees of Paramount and their immediate families (spouse, children and parents only) shall not be eligible to participate in the Campaign.

4.1 Paramount reserves the right to substitute or replace any of the Rewards with another of similar value for any reasons, circumstances whatsoever without any prior notice.

4.2 Paramount decision on all matters relating to the Campaign shall be final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence, appeals, protests or attempts to dispute the same will be entertained in any event.

4.3 The Eligible Participant will be required to attend the presentation ceremony and other public programmes as and when required, and failure to do so shall result in a forfeiture of the Rewards.

4.4 Paramount reserves the right at any time to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate this Campaign earlier in whole or in part and Paramount reserves the right to vary, supplement, delete, amend or modify any of the Rewards stipulated herein, including the Terms and Conditions herein from time to time and at any time without any prior notice thereof and without any compensation and the Eligible Participant is advised to log onto the website at www.paramountproperty.my, for any updated information.

4.5 In no event shall Paramount nor any of its employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third-party service providers engaged by Paramount for purposes of the Campaign) be liable to purchaser/participant in this Campaign for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill) arising from or in connection with this Campaign.

4.6 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Eligible Participant who participates in the Campaign shall be deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian Courts.

4.7 By participating in the Campaign, the Eligible Participant hereby expressly agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

4.9 Paramount shall not be held liable for whatsoever loss or damages howsoever arising in connection with the Campaign. Paramount shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Campaign due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, pandemic, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm, website downtime or any event beyond the reasonable control of Paramount.

4.10 The Rewards are arranged and provided by third parties (hereinafter referred to as the “Rewards Vendor”). Paramount excludes and disclaims any representation or warranty with respect to the Rewards Vendor and the Rewards. Paramount gives no warranties or representations, express or implied, on the quality or suitability in respect of the Rewards and shall not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever suffered by any person in relation to the Rewards. The Eligible Participant shall, at his/her own sole cost and expense, communicate and deal directly with the Rewards Vendor in relation to any issue arising from or related to the Rewards.

4.11 Notwithstanding the terms and conditions as stated herein, the terms and conditions of the Rewards Vendor in relation to the Rewards shall wherever applicable be apply to the Eligible Participants. In the event of any dispute relating to the Rewards, the decision of Paramount and the Rewards Vendor shall be final.
