大年菩提岭发展计划总值15亿已推展65%

双溪大年“菩提岭”屋业发展计划(BUKIT BANYAN),销售总值预计达到15亿令吉,其中超过65%的房屋已陆续推展。 占地520英亩的菩提岭,计划兴建总共5200间高档住宅房屋,属于吉打州中部非常热门的住宅房屋计划之一。 发展商PARAMOUNT PROPERTY北马区总执行长黄汉平接受各华文报联合线上专访时,这么指出。 黄汉平指出,自从2012年开始发售大约9年来,响应十分热烈。预料再过5年时间,就要宣告售罄。 即将推出新款双层排屋 菩提岭即将推出SENNI 2最新款式的双层排屋,地皮面积24尺X75尺,只有99间而已。虽然售价是50万4900令吉,但在政府推动的“拥屋计划(HOC)”之下,有得折扣8万令吉。此优待的截止日期为今年6月30日。 除了上述款式房屋之外,预料还会有4到5个款式的房屋,于今年内陆续推出,其中包括双层排屋、双层半独立式房屋,以及独立式别墅等。 将扩大137英亩 黄汉平也透露,PARAMOUNT不久前已经把与菩提岭隔邻的一片137英亩地皮购买起来,以便把菩提岭加以扩大,估计可以多兴建1500间各种款式的房屋。 这137英亩的屋业发展地皮,原本属于吉打州政府商业臂膀的子公司BDB所拥有,并已发展了一小部分的房屋。 更多详情可浏览:https://paramountproperty.my/bukitbanyan/about/ 或者致电联络:04-441 3388 Source
