大年菩提岭发展计划总值15亿已推展65%
双溪大年“菩提岭”屋业发展计划(BUKIT BANYAN)，销售总值预计达到15亿令吉，其中超过65%的房屋已陆续推展。 占地520英亩的菩提岭，计划兴建总共5200间高档住宅房屋，属于吉打州中部非常热门的住宅房屋计划之一。 发展商PARAMOUNT PROPERTY北马区总执行长黄汉平接受各华文报联合线上专访时，这么指出。 黄汉平指出，自从2012年开始发售大约9年来，响应十分热烈。预料再过5年时间，就要宣告售罄。 即将推出新款双层排屋 菩提岭即将推出SENNI 2最新款式的双层排屋，地皮面积24尺X75尺，只有99间而已。虽然售价是50万4900令吉，但在政府推动的“拥屋计划(HOC)”之下，有得折扣8万令吉。此优待的截止日期为今年6月30日。 除了上述款式房屋之外，预料还会有4到5个款式的房屋，于今年内陆续推出，其中包括双层排屋、双层半独立式房屋，以及独立式别墅等。 将扩大137英亩 黄汉平也透露，PARAMOUNT不久前已经把与菩提岭隔邻的一片137英亩地皮购买起来，以便把菩提岭加以扩大，估计可以多兴建1500间各种款式的房屋。 这137英亩的屋业发展地皮，原本属于吉打州政府商业臂膀的子公司BDB所拥有，并已发展了一小部分的房屋。 更多详情可浏览：https://paramountproperty.my/bukitbanyan/about/ 或者致电联络：04-441 3388 Source
