Opened to all ages. Participants must provide accurate information. Participants must be Malaysian citizens. All #RayaParamount submissions must be made by 19 April 2022 for round 1 and by 3 May 2022 for round 2. Any submissions after will be rejected. Repeated entries will not be considered. All entries must be from legitimate accounts and not contest or spam accounts. Any submission not following the campaign regulations will be automatically forfeited. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Paramount Property will select 5 winners from each round randomly. Winners’ announcements will be on Instagram Feed, Stories and be messaged directly. Mercure management reserves the right to decide the voucher prizes’ applicability upon redemption and the vouchers are not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable in any other form for whatever reason. Paramount Property will not be held responsible for the Mercure voucher prizes’ terms and applicability. Finalists may be required to sign a talent release form confirming their agreeability to have their name and likeness utilised not excluding names, voices, likenesses, and any of the material provided by them or about them without compensation, for advertising and publicising. They will not be used in any way deemed inappropriate and will not be used or given away to any other party except the Organiser under the Personal Data Protection Act.
