KUALA LUMPUR (Jan 13): Paramount Property unveiled Na Reva, its luxury Bangkok condominium project, at an exclusive Malaysian premiere at its sales gallery in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur last Saturday (Jan 11). Na Reva was first launched in Bangkok last year and was introduced to the Malaysian market last Saturday. At time of print, 30% of the units have been sold.
According to a statement, the project is situated along the Chao Phraya River, Na Reva is developed by Navarang Charoennakhon — a joint venture between Paramount Corp Bhd (KL:PARAMON), which holds a 49% stake via its subsidiary Paramount Global Sdn Bhd, and Thailand’s Navarang Asset Co Ltd, which has a 51% share.
As part of its Malaysian launch, Paramount is offering exclusive packages that include special discounts, fully furnished units, a two-year rental guarantee and one year of waived common fees and sinking funds.
With a gross development project of 1.2 billion baht (RM155.6 million), the 29-storey freehold condominium was completed in June 2024 and comprises 227 units with built-ups ranging from 320 to 645 sq ft. The units come in one- or two-bedroom configurations with prices starting from 3.09 million baht (about RM505,370).
According to the developer, unlike the off-the-plan sales model used in Malaysia, Thailand employs a build-and-sell approach, offering buyers completed units.
Na Reva features recreational facilities spread across multiple floors along with good connectivity to the city centre via the Bangkok Mass Transit System and boat. The project is about seven minutes from Asiatique, the largest riverside lifestyle landmark in Thailand and 10 minutes from the Icon Siam mall.
